Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable but we aim to be as flexible as possible and will work with you if you give us a call beforehand!
Health and Safety
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
- Virgin Islands Ecotours reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit to participate.
- Some tours may involve physical activity; participants must disclose any relevant health conditions.
Liability
- Virgin Islands Ecotours is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.
- Participants join tours at their own risk.
Changes and Cancellations
- Virgin Islands Ecotours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
