This self-guided SUP rental launches from the Mangrove Lagoon on the east end of St. Thomas. You’ll glide through calm, shallow waters surrounded by vibrant mangrove forests, with the option to visit highlights like Bird Island and the shores of Cas Cay.
Are there restrooms or changing areas at the Mangrove Lagoon in St. Thomas?
Yes. Before or after your Cas Cay kayak tour, you’ll have access to restrooms, dressing rooms, and lockers at our launch site near the Mangrove Lagoon in St. Thomas. These facilities are available to help make your experience easy and comfortable.

Your rental includes a high-quality stand up paddleboard, a life jacket, and bottled water. If requested, our experienced team can provide paddling tips, technique guidance, and recommendations on the best spots to explore within the Mangrove Lagoon.
What should I bring for the Cas Cay stand up paddleboard rental?
Wear a bathing suit and bring a towel, along with lightweight clothing that can get wet. For sun protection, pack a hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen. Water shoes or sandals with a strap around the heel are recommended for comfort when launching and landing your board.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your booking is fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before your tour.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or no-shows are non-refundable.
Tours operate rain or shine (with the exception of lightning). In the rare case that weather prevents us from running the tour, we will gladly provide a full refund.
