My daughter and I went on the 'Snorkel with the Sea Turtles at Brewer Bay' with Anslem as our guide! Anslem took us up current at the bay so it would be easier to snorkel without resistance, and we saw over a dozen sea turtles, small and large, and even a stingray. We were out a full 2 hours as promised.
Our guide, Earl, was so kind and welcoming, literally giving us sunshirts so we wouldn't get burned. Earl was knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain to us newbies the ins and outs of snorkeling.
We did the Snorkel with Sea Turtles activity—and boy did we! Our fabulous guide Dishon took us around Brewers Bay, and we saw fish, coral, hydrozoans, a conch, an eel, and at least 10 sea turtles! It was beautiful to see them in their natural habitat.
Our guide, Dana, was absolutely amazing. He had a ton of knowledge on every species of animal and plant on the island. He made the experience interactive and educational, bringing many sea creatures to us to touch and hold.
Our tour guide Swish was amazing. It was one of the best excursions on our cruise. We saw turtles, conch, lobster, lionfish, and so many other fish species. Swish was just the best tour guide we could have asked for.
The snorkeling portion was stunning, with vibrant reefs and tropical fish in crystal-clear waters. If you’re looking for a fun, informative, and responsible way to explore St. Thomas, this tour is an absolute winner!
What will we see on the tour?
While snorkeling you may see sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, turtles, pufferfish, octopus, lobster, stingrays, parrotfish and much more!
Can my toddlers go on your tours?
Absolutely! As long as they weigh a minimum of 30 pounds, we can provide them with life jackets. If your child weighs less than that, you will have to bring a suitably sized life jacket for your child to wear.
I’m not an experienced snorkeler, can I still go?
Yes! We offer full snorkeling instruction. We also require that every person on the tour wear a life jacket during the snorkeling portions of the tour.
I can’t swim. Can I still do your tour?
Yes! All guests wear life jackets, so you’re guaranteed to float. Relax, kick gently, and you’ll see lots of sea life during the snorkel portion of your tour.

We provide everything you need for a safe and enjoyable snorkeling experience. This includes a snorkel, mask, and fins, along with a full safety briefing and snorkeling instruction. Whether you're new to snorkeling or have experience, our guides will help you feel comfortable in the water as you explore and look for sea turtles.
What should I bring for the Snorkeling with Sea Turtles tour in St. Thomas?
Please wear a swimsuit and bring a towel. Lightweight clothing that can get wet is recommended, along with a hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen for sun protection. Water shoes or sandals with a strap around the heel are ideal for walking along the beach and getting in and out of the water.
Where does the Snorkeling with Sea Turtles tour take place?
If you are arranging your own transportation, we will confirm the exact location closer to your tour date based on weather and ocean conditions. Most often, this tour takes place at Brewers Bay Beach, just 5 to 10 minutes from the St. Thomas airport.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your booking is fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before your tour.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or no-shows are non-refundable.
Tours operate rain or shine (with the exception of lightning). In the rare case that weather prevents us from running the tour, we will gladly provide a full refund.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes! You can now upgrade any eligible tour to a private experience for just a $99 flat fee. This “Private Tour Upgrade” can be selected during online checkout—just look for the Flat Fee – Private Tour Upgrade option when booking your tour. Private tours are available any day except Wednesdays.
